Zhaga Interface Specification Book 1: Overview and Common Information
Public download available: Zhaga Interface Specification Book 1
Edition 1.4 of Book 1 was published in April 2013.
Zhaga Interface Specification Book 1 defines aspects that are common in multiple Zhaga interface specifications, such as:
- common definitions
- the mechanical interface of separated electronic control gear
- the generic aspects of the thermal interface
Book 1 – a special specification
While the other Zhaga specifications define the interface of an LED light source, Book 1 does not.
Many test procedures and other aspects ofthe Zhaga specifications are not unique to a particular light source. For example, thermal test methods apply equally well to Zhaga’s Book 2, Book 3, Book 4, Book 5, and Book 6. And the mechanical dimensions of electronic control gear (ECG) housings apply to all Zhaga light engines that have separate ECG.
Book 1 is a compilation of common specifications, and is referenced frequently by the other Zhaga Books.
