The Zhaga Consortium is a cooperation of independent companies. The cooperation is governed by a Consortium Agreement that defines rules for confidentiality, intellectual property and decision making,

The consortium is managed by the General Assembly in which each regular member has a seat.

Zhaga is an open consortium. Open to any company that shares our vision.

Zhaga will enable interchangeability of LED light engine products made by diverse manufacturers.
